this week we have been working on a rubbish monster. i made a wanted poster about my monster and what he did to be wanted. my monster name is bandit Barry. bandit Barry is wanted for killing over a 1000 rats and digging a hole five meters deep.  and he loves to eat fish and random plastic

Camp Reflection 2026 living springs

Looking back on camp, the thing that sticks out the most is learning how to use a bow and arrow.

At first, I felt excited when we got to our cabins because I had the top bunk.

But then I tried the monorail. I was scared at first but once I did it. It was fun.

I surprised myself by shooting an arrow at Moira in archery tag.

Camp wasn’t all about challenges, though. One of the funniest moments was camping outside of the auditorium with sleeping bags because everyone was there.

Overall, camp helped me learn that it’s good to try new things.

I’m really glad I had the chance to go to living springs and make new memories with my classmates.

If there’s ever another chance to go to camp, I’d say hopefully it’s as fun as living springs

super Slippery horse saddle

A super slippery horse saddle. It might seem useless but you are WRONG. It is useful for lots of things like….

Firstly; you can practice sliding onto the horse and off because it is super slippery.

Secondly; it relieves back pain on your horse. For example a normal saddle stays in the same spot on the horse’s back but a slippery horse saddle slides on the horse’s back so it doesn’t hurt the horse’s back.

Thirdly; A slippery horse saddle is good to practice putting the saddle on, so you don’t have to chuck the saddle over the horse’s back.

Lastly; the saddle comes in five colours and a custom name to go on the side of the saddle.

If I convince you to get a super slippery horse saddle.

all bout Eagle Stingray

A eagle stingray has a venomous punch. A eagle stingray can jump about 3 meters out of the water surface. There are more than one species of an eagle stingray. species like the spotted eagle ray can have a wingspan of just under three meters whereas other can have a wingspan of less than one meter.

A eagle stingray look like A very angular gray shiny disc and A has long snout. With A v-shaped internal flap. Eagle rays have pointed pectoral fins that look like wigs. The bird like bodied is how it got its name the eagle ray. Eagle rays are active hunters with a hovel like chin, while stingray are pancake flat and shift for its prey. 

 A eagle stingray digs in the sand for it pray. eagle stingray likes to eat crabs clams worms and things like dead kahawai. That they find on the sea bed. The pray get crushed with there the teeth. Eagle stingray like to eat animals smaller than themselves.

Eagle stingray like to swim in shallow coastal water closet to new zealand. They are closely related to sharks. They love to come up to people and swim closest to paddle board. They move by flapping they wigs. Eagle stingray babies are born fully developed. Females stingray are bigger than males. They like to sleep in the shallow sand. The heart of a stingray consists of eppicard

 

 Stingray can live for about 15 to 25 years in the wild stingray Fossil records date stingrays back to jurassic period 150 million year ago. Theas rays can grow extremely large, up to about 1.8 meters and 6 ft including the tail. The rays tail look like a whip and may be as long as the body, and is armed with a stinger. eagle rays live close to the cost in the depth of 1 to 30m.

T-Shaped Fresh

this week I have been working on my T-Shaped literacy. it is about not everything has to be perfect and saving the beach so we can swim in clean water. if we clean up the beach we can save lot’s of different sea species. i made a comic about the story.

The Evil potato play

this week we have been working on a play called the evil potato. we made groups the people in my groups was  Opal was the princess, Olive the Queen, Alice the maid, Ivar the chef and Asha the dog named Remy. I was  the evil potato/ Aria. we  performed in front of the whole class. I liked the Christmas holiday because it was set at the beach. Are play was set at a Castle. l  was wearing a black cape so I look more evil.
